Revolution Golf's "No Questions Asked" Refund Policy

Revolution Golf is committed to providing products and services that are 100% guaranteed to improve your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your digital/streaming or DVD video purchase(s), we will happily refund your full purchase price (minus any shipping charges) at any time within 365 days of the date of sale. This policy is extended to include all video bundles and RG+ membership packages but may not apply to the sale of golf clubs and training aids. See the details on those individual offers for any exceptions, or contact us at customerservice@revolutiongolf.com with any questions.


Physical Product Return Policy

Revolution Golf offers the most lenient and lengthy return policy in the golfing industry. The process of receiving a refund for your return is as follows:

  1. Email us at customerservice@revolutiongolf.com and provide the following information:
    1. Your name
    2. Your product order number
    3. The product(s) in your order that you wish to return
    4. The reason for your return
  2. You will receive an email from us with an attached Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
  4. Your RMA form will have a return address on it. You must ship us the product(s) to this return address and include the RMA form in your shipment that was emailed to you. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure that your return won’t be lost in transit.
  5. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items.

* Please note that products received without an enclosed RMA form will NOT receive a refund - NO EXCEPTIONS.


Digital Video Refund Policy

For Digital Video refund requests, please do the following:

  1. Email us at customerservice@revolutiongolf.com and provide the following information:
    1. Your name
    2. Your product order number
    3. The name of the video for which you are requesting a refund
    4. The reason for your return
  2. We will review your request for within 5 business days.
  3. Once we review your request and a refund has been authorized, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used to purchase the video(s).
  4. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been refunded or requesting additional information.


RG+ Membership Refund Policy

For RG+ Membership refund requests, please do the following:

  1. Email us at customerservice@revolutiongolf.com or call our customer support department at 1-800-935-3057 between 9am and 5pm central time and provide the following information
    1. Your name
    2. Your product order number
    3. The type of RG+ membership type (monthly, annual) for which you are requesting a refund
    4. The reason for your return


$100 Rebate Offer

All rebate claims are subject to Revolution Golf final review and approval. Members should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to Revolution Golf become the property of Revolution Golf and will not be returned. Revolution Golf retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request. Revolution Golf is not responsible for lost, late, missing, or illegible rebate submissions, or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. In order to accept the rebate, a rebate check must be cashed or deposited no later than the date stated on the check. Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the member. See the Revolution Golf website (www.revolutiongolf.com) for other Terms and Conditions of Service applicable to all Revolution Golf subscriptions. Restrictions: Limit one rebate per qualifying member.
